Kate Bock
I began my yoga journey in 2004 as it was encouraged by my knitting tutor at the time who
suggested it for relaxation and reducing anxiety. I quickly found through yoga, a sense of peace &
satya within and a passion to develop & strengthen my practice deeper. While I have
experienced and enjoyed a variety of yoga classes and styles over the years from Ashtanga,
Jivamukti, Forrest, Vinyasa and Iyengar, my heart and body rejoice with Vinyasa flow. What yoga
offers to the body, spirit and mind is not like any other physical work out or practice. While I’ve
practiced many other forms of “exercise”, I always come back to my mat because yoga
challenges us to physically, mentally and spiritually, be strong, to focus, and to be truly present in
the moment.
I have personally felt the spiritual, therapeutic and uplifting power of yoga and I have an infinite
desire to bring this to others so everyone can experience the powerful healing and love that yoga
has to offer. I can’t wait to greet you with light and love, on the mat. Let’s flow.
