Dustin offers a yoga practice that may be considered Meditation in Motion. A slow paced process that is designed to allow the body to bring the mind inward. He is trained in Purna Yoga from the Byron Yoga Centre, a style that balances posture, breath work, meditation and philosophy. A degree in Exercise Science brought him to the world of yoga, eventually the physical practice became a mindful one as he proceeded to a Master’s degree in Yoga Studies. Expect a fun and challenging class, with good music, good vibes, and a touch of Sanskrit.
