Vinyasa yoga & Beginners Yoga
Katie is a dynamic teacher who interweaves her joyful character into the ancient practice of yoga. When she graduated college, she wanted to serve the world and help people see the commonalities in each other rather than focus on the differences. You see, yoga was always at the center of her life purpose. She is so grateful to find herself sharing the practice of yoga/unity with others. Her classes are aimed at bringing individuals back to their breath, body and inner guidance. She has been trained through Ananta Yoga, It’s Yoga Kids and The Breath Center. Her classes are informed by the eastern yogic lineage, the western medical model, as well as North American and South American shamanism. She celebrates all forms of yoga – devotion, service, study, physical alignment, mental alignment and spiritual awakening. Like a river, there are many paths to one destination. She aims to support each individual on the path of their choosing.
